This program is designed as a fundamental skills development pathway, bridging the gap between domestic and representative-level competition. It is tailored for ambitious young players aspiring to excel in Victoria's premier junior basketball competition, the Victorian Junior Basketball League (VJBL).

Jason Weidemann is the cofounder of SEM Magic and brings decades of experience as a sports administrator, coach, and educator. His impressive credentials include:

Program Overview
D-League is designed to elevate your game, providing a comprehensive platform to develop skills and realize your potential. The program covers a wide range of individual and team-based concepts and fundamentals:
🏀 Fundamental Skills: Refine your foundation in ball handling, passing, shooting, rebounding, and defending.
🏀 Motion Offense: Master modern basketball with Read & React Motion Offensive principles, essential for seamless integration into any team or competition.
🏀 Team Defense: Impact the game both on and off the ball, from guarding to contesting shots, pressuring passes, defending dribble penetration, and rebounding.
Player Eligibility
D-League is a natural extension of SEM Magic's club squad training program and play principles, perfect for serious players looking to elevate their game.
While it complements SEM Magic, the program is open to all players, domestic and VJBL, within the age range.
Players should have a minimum of 2 seasons (12 months) of domestic league experience, a strong understanding of the game, and a readiness to elevate their work ethic.
